Reservation
Your reservation will take effect on receipt of a down payment equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay.
The balance is payable on arrival.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €1000 is payable on arrival.
An inventory of fixtures will be performed at the beginning and end of the rental period.
Furnishings
Sheets are available for €10 per bed.
The beds will be made for your arrival; linen and towels are available.
Electricity
The rental fee includes electrical consumption up to €20. Each additional kWh will be billed €0.11

Cleaning prior to departure
Cleaning before your departure is not included in the rental fee.
Pool
Use of the pool is reserved exclusively for guests.
